- The facility is generally suitable for everyone; no special fitness is required. An exception applies to customers with pacemakers, as the manufacturer of the safety system warns of the dangers posed by the built-in magnets.
- Reservations are recommended and can be made most easily via our "Book tickets online" button. Online bookings may only be made by persons over 18 years old. By providing personal details during booking, the registering person assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the information in the booking process, the participation of all participants included in the booking in the safety briefing, and the proper return of borrowed equipment at the end of the climbing time.
- The minimum height for climbers is 1.30 meters. Children from 1.30 m may only climb in direct 1:1 climbing assistance with an adult, while children and adolescents from 1.40 meters may climb without accompaniment. No additional consent form is required for children and adolescents under 18 years old; supervision responsibility lies with the person responsible for the booking (minimum age 18 years).
- The maximum weight for climbers is 120 kg.
- EC card payment and PayPal are possible on site.
- The climbing park remains open even in light rain; however, we close for safety reasons in case of storm and thunderstorm.
- You may bring your own helmets, but personal harnesses are not allowed.
- In our forest kiosk, you can refresh yourself with drinks, small snacks, or ice cream.
